Everfold works with all businesses in the health, wellness and fitness industries including: medical spas, bath houses, gyms, yoga studios, pilates studios and other boutique fitness studios.

We work with other types of businesses as well so please schedule your free consultation so that we can decide how best to service you.

Everfold operates throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Everfold customers can pay-as-they-go at a price of $1.69/lb. We keep your credit card on file and will send you a final invoice prior to delivery. Once delivery is received your card will be charged. 

Everfold offers custom flat-rate monthly plans to qualifying customers. Our team will assess your monthly laundry volume to determine a flat-rate price that works for both partners. Your card will be charged the flat rate at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept all major credit cards including Apple and Google Pay.

Everfold will pick up, wash, fold and deliver your business’ laundry based on a schedule agreed upon during your onboarding process. We will clean specialty items and perform urgent cleaning upon request. 

We do not offer dry cleaning services or wash personal laundry. 

All customers are offered a free week of laundry to try out our service risk free and allow the Everfold team to learn the process and schedule that works best for your business.

During onboarding, we will work with you to develop a set schedule for pickups and deliveries. You will receive regular notifications via text and/or email regarding pickups, processing and delivery so that you know exactly what's happening every step of the way. Pickup and delivery schedules can be updated by contacting our team at support@everfoldlaundry.com.

We set schedules with each customer to meet the agreed upon turnaround time. We only offer same-day delivery in specific cases that may incur additional charges.

Everfold will pick up and deliver your laundry on the set schedule agreed upon during onboarding. We are happy to adjust this schedule based on your needs. Please contact our team at support@everfoldlaundry.com. Invoices will be sent regularly via email and/or text and can be accessed through your customer account. 

Every item is inspected, washed and folded with gentle detergents that remove stains and odors, while protecting color. When we identify significantly stained linens, we will notify your team and separate these items from the rest of your inventory. 

Yes, your laundry will always be washed, dried and folded separately from our other customers. 

Everfold prides itself on its processes and training, which mitigate these issues. We are your partner and value our relationship. In the rare case that something is damaged or missing, we will contact you immediately and do everything we can to mitigate the issue. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information. 

Everfold customers do not sign contracts and can terminate their partnership with us at any time. We pride ourselves on being your business partner and strive to make sure your experience is high quality and consistent. In the case of damaged or lost items, Everfold will conduct a quick and thorough review and compensate you via a refund if we are at fault. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
